COMMENT AND SUGGESTION

Comment

     During the industrial training, I did not encounter any major problem. The staff and workers over here are very friendly. They help me a lot during my industrial practical here. Unfortunately, sometimes they are very busy that they could not assist me. But this also gives me a chance to learn on my own.

There are many factors that drives an individual in becoming a better worker or employee. Knowledge in the working enviroment is only obtained by self discovering and also hard work. During my training, the IT engineer incharge was most of the time busy therefor, I asked the technician or Google it at the particular module to teach and guide me on the programme for a better understanding.

Suggestion

    As a suggestion, I feel that all new programming trainnes must be prepared based on the current programming language so that they can cope up with the current working environment.Students aso will be able to develop a minor programme during their intern period which will boost their interest on the working lifestyle and leads them to learn more
