WEEK 6-10

Week 6 05/01/15 – 09/01/15	v  A final update was done on networking tracing @ cabling label & reference.Some corrections were done after supervisor had gone through the excel sheet.After complete it ,the excel sheet was saved in shared drive . v  A new task was passed to me by my superisor on tracking of ipoh user external call and generates monthly report. v  Small briefing was given to me on this task,and its required for me to have an conversation through email with the telecommunication engineer, Ev Nelson in St.peter plant USA to get to know on the using of VCS call report.
Week 7 12/01/15 – 16/01/15	v  Had a review on the past email conversation  on the guidelines n do/donts on generates report. v  Surf internet for  more knowledge. v  Learned a lot for Ev Nelson on basic thing such as exporting data from programme to an excel sheet.
Week 8 19/01/15 – 23/01/15	v  Get to know about data retention and preference setting in VCS call report programme v  Learned on backup and download data

Week 9 26/01/15 – 30/01/15	v  Had a small discussion with my supervisor to checkout what I had learned so far v  Did 5s in office by scrapped the unwanted things to organize a neat n comfortable working zone
Week 10        02/02/15 – 06/02/15	v  Generates outgoing call list of IPOMEMC user for JAN 2015. v  Updates newly added network ports for CCTV in Facilities Bay Room.
